PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

New to yoga? Feeling unsure? Recovering from an injury? Or maybe you’re looking to refine your practice in a way that’s tailored to you.

One-to-one sessions offer a supportive space to build confidence, develop strength and mobility, and reconnect with your body at your own pace. These private sessions take place at my studio in Meadowbank, where we’ll focus on what you need, whether that’s improving technique, moving with more ease, or simply creating space to slow down and breathe.

Depending on your goals, sessions may include breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, postural awareness, mindful movement, strength and stability training, mobility and flexibility exercises, and guided self-inquiry.

Sessions are held at my home studio, but if you’d prefer to practice in the comfort of your own space, I’m happy to travel to you.

Initial consultation:

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of your current health, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing.

This includes:

  • A detailed wellness questionnaire assessment

  • Tongue assessment

  • Postural assessment

  • A 90-minute face-to-face consultation to review your completed questionnaire and discuss your health history, concerns, and goals.

Following our session, you will receive a personalized plan of action designed to restore balance and support sustainable wellbeing. Your plan may include:

  • Dietary guidance tailored to your constitution and current imbalances

  • Lifestyle adjustments and daily rhythm recommendations

  • Sleep support strategies

  • Energy management practices

  • Written recommendations for yogic practices, herbs, and Ayurvedic body treatments

Each consultation is designed to provide practical, accessible tools that empower you to make meaningful and lasting changes.

AYURVEDIC CONSULTATIONS | In person and online

I am a trained Ayurvedic Health Counselor, certified through Hale Pule School of Ayurveda, offering holistic guidance rooted in this ancient system of healing. Ayurveda teaches us to live in harmony with nature by cultivating balance within the mind, body, and spirit.

Through personalized consultations, I support clients in restoring vitality and creating sustainable wellbeing. Together, we explore diet, daily rhythms, movement, and lifestyle practices tailored to your unique constitution and current imbalances.

Whether you are seeking to improve digestion, enhance energy, improve sleep, support women’s health, reduce stress, or feel more aligned in your everyday life, Ayurveda offers practical, accessible tools for lasting transformation. My approach is compassionate, individualized, and grounded in the wisdom of nature.

Follow up consults: $85 for 30 minutes

Ayurveda is a journey of gradual, sustainable change. Follow-up sessions are designed to support you as you begin implementing your personalized plan and to ensure your recommendations continue to meet your evolving needs.

During these sessions, we will:

  • Review your progress and any shifts in symptoms

  • Refine dietary and lifestyle recommendations as needed

  • Address challenges or obstacles

  • Adjust herbs, practices, or routines

  • Deepen your understanding of your constitution and healing process

Follow-up consultations provide accountability, encouragement, and ongoing guidance as your body begins to rebalance.
Most clients benefit from a follow-up 4–6 weeks after their initial consultation, with continued sessions as needed depending on individual goals and health concerns.
