Lizzie Rous | Yoga Teacher & Ayurvedic Health Counsellor

Lizzie Rous is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 500 hours of Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training, all completed in India, the birthplace of yoga. With more than 12 years of teaching experience and clients from around the world, Lizzie’s journey began teaching yoga on super yachts, where she had the opportunity to share her practice with clients in a truly unique environment. This experience laid the foundation for her approach, allowing her to connect with people from diverse backgrounds while cultivating a deep understanding of the importance of personalized and accessible wellness.

Specializing in working with men in high-level business roles, Lizzie teaches them how to unwind, de-stress, and cultivate relaxation in their lives. She helps clients navigate the pressures of demanding careers by offering tools for relaxation and balance, guiding them towards a sense of calm and clarity both on and off the mat.

A recent graduate of the 600hour Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification with Hale Pule, Lizzie is passionate about integrating Ayurvedic principles into her work to offer a well-rounded approach to health. She strives to tailor each session to meet the individual needs of her clients, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional well-being in a gentle, supportive manner.

Lizzie is known for her discretion, trustworthiness, and deeply private nature, which allows her to create a safe and confidential space where her clients feel at ease. Whether helping individuals recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions, she values trust and strives to offer a nurturing environment.
